This is entrance at the northwest corner of Michigan Stadium. This image captures the spaces that define the multiple entrances into the stadium.
I chose this over The Crisler Center because of the availability to capture the spaces. The Big House is a world famous piece of architecture and being able to analyze the intricacies of what makes it such a proud structure will make it all that much more fun. Taking a step back from participating in the events that take place here and finding purpose in the structure is important.
The plans I have for shooting the longer video is to focus on this area of the stadium and maybe even get some footage during a game day to see the structures functions in action. I hope to capture this scene at multiple points in a week to show the difference one day can make. This area separates people from that are outside of the facility from the action within. Seeing how people interact and use this space is something I find to be intriguing and hopefully can represent it well.
